My tracking basically sat in the same spot for like 2 or 3 weeks, and every time I reached out, support just told me to wait a little longer. After a while it got frustrating because there was no real update or explanation.

The payment process was smooth overall, and seeing secure payment options made me feel comfortable. I usually trust my gut with this kind of thing, and nothing felt off, but I still would’ve liked a bit more detail about how they actually protect card information. Not a bad experience at all, just think it could be a little more transparent.

I ordered my usual size from akiwaii.com, thinking it would fit like most stuff I buy, but nooope. The fit was just really weird on me.
It was tight in a couple spots where it shouldn’t have been, but then oddly loose in other areas, so it didn’t look or feel right at all. I couldn’t wear it comfortably.
I did check the size info before ordering, which made it extra frustrating. I probably won’t order again unless they make the sizing a loooot clearer.

The box arrived totally smashed, which was frustrating. The packaging didn’t really protect anything, and it was rattling around in there the whole time

I thought this felt really soft when I first put it on and it was comfortable enough for lounging. Then out of nowhere, a few hours later, it started feeling kind of scratchy and the fabric seemed thinner than I expected. Not terrible, just not something I’d want to wear all day

I ordered something from akiwaii.com and it looked fine, but when it showed up it just didn’t fit right, so I figured okay, no big deal, I’ll return it and move on. Except it definitely was not that simple.
The return process was kind of confusing from the start, and I ended up having to message them more than once because I couldn’t get a clear answer. The replies were slow too, and when they did respond it felt like they weren’t really answering what I asked, just sort of sending me in circles, which got frustrating fast.

Now it’s been a while and I still haven’t gotten my refund, so at this point I’m just annoyed. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, I don’t know, but for me this was way more hassle than it should’ve been and I probably wouldn’t order from them again...

It looked different from what I thought I was getting. The design just felt off, and it was annoying because I wasted time and energy waiting for something I ended up not really liking

I tried using the site on my phone, but it was REALLY confusing. I had a hard time finding what I needed, and the whole layout just felt frustrating to navigate.

I opened my order and realized it was completely different from what I actually ordered, lol. Not sure what happened, but definitely not what I was expecting.

I thought the prices were fair, but the quality felt a little hit or miss to me. Not bad overall, just not something I’d call especially impressive

I waited almost three weeks for my order to show up, it got frustrating. I kept having to explain the situation over and over whenever I checked in, which just made the whole thing more annoying. Not a great experience.

I reached out to support and got a bit lost on the timing, I think it took a couple days, maybe longer, before I heard back. Either way, it felt slow and was frustrating while I was waiting.

I actually liked this when I first got it, it looked decent and worked fine for a little while. Unfortunately, after just a few weeks it broke, which was disappointing. Maybe I just got unlucky, but for the price I expected it to last longer. Not sure I’d buy it again...

This felt cheap right out of the box, and then it broke after barely any use. For the price, that’s just ridiculous.
